Inclusions
Unlimited Mileage ,Collision Damage Waiver (CDW),Theft Waiver (THW),Third Party Liability (TPL),First Additional Driver,Airport Fee,VAT
Drivers Age
The minimum Driver’s age is 21 years.
The maximum Driver’s age is 75 years.
A young driver’s fee of EUR 5 per day up to a maximum charge of EUR 50 per rental will apply for drivers from 21 years to 23 years.
A senior driver’s fee of EUR 5 per day up to a maximum charge of EUR 50 per rental will apply for drivers from 72 years to 75 years.
Driver’s License
The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least:
1 year for mini, economy, compact, intermediate, standard and full size vehicle groups.
3 years for luxury and premium vehicle groups.
Also, a valid ID card , a valid passport and a booking confirmation voucher would be required at the time of pick up.
National Driving License is accepted, if the driver holds a valid driving license with Latin Characters .
If the National Driving License is not in Latin Characters a valid International Driving License is required .
International Driving License must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified English translation.
Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks .
All additional drivers must meet the same license and identification requirements as the main driver.
Insurance Coverages Included
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount of CDW will depends on the vehicle groups:
The excess amount for mini, economy and compact vehicle groups is EUR 600.
The excess amount for station Wagon, compact SUV and intermediate vehicle groups is EUR 750.
The excess amount for intermediate SUV and Full Size SUV vehicle groups is EUR 850.
The excess amount for 7 seater Van groups is 950.
The excess amount for 9 seater Van groups and Convertible Luxury vehicle groups is 1.100.
Theft Wavier (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Theft Waiver - reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
The excess amount of TWH will depends on the vehicle groups:
The excess amount for mini, economy and compact vehicle groups is EUR 600.
The excess amount for station Wagon, compact SUV and intermediate vehicle groups is EUR 750.
The excess amount for intermediate SUV and Full Size SUV vehicle groups is EUR 850.
The excess amount for 7 seater Van Vehicle groups is 950.
The excess amount for 9 seater Van Vehicle groups and Convertible Luxury vehicle groups is 1.100.
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
Third Party Cover is included in your rental amount.
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages.
Please Note: The Accident Statement should always be supplemented so that the insurances covers will be in effect. If there is a third party involved to an incident, clients should always call the police authorities to the incident. In case of car damage or a car theft, an administration fee (D.A.F.) of EUR 50 will be charged to the driver. This charge applies irrelevantly of party at fault.
Insurance Exclusions/Voids
Collision Damage Waiver does not cover: damages provoked at the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, wind shield, wrong fuel, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, mirrors, car key damage or loss, the antenna.
Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.
Attempted theft of the vehicle, car key loss, theft of the personal belongings that were in the vehicle, acts of God and Terrorist Attacks are not covered by any insurance. The car key and the Police Document for the theft vehicle that reported by the driver of the car, should always be presented so that the insurances’ covers will be in effect.
Optional Insurances / Excess and Deposit Reduction
SUPER COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (SCDW)
Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) is an optional insurance and reduces the excess amount on CDW for which you are responsible in case of a damage or theft .
The excess amount of SCDW will depends on the vehicle groups:
The excess amount for mini, economy and compact vehicle groups is EUR 300.
The excess amount for station Wagon, compact SUV and intermediate vehicle groups is EUR 400.
The excess amount for intermediate SUV and Full Size SUV vehicle groups is EUR 450.
The excess amount for 7 seater Van groups is 500.
The excess amount for 9 seater Van groups and Convertible Luxury vehicle groups is 600.

FULL DAMAGE WAIVER (FDW)
Full Damage Waiver (FDW) is optional and reduces the excess amount on SCDW to zero responsibility in case of a damage or theft .
FDW does not cover: mechanical damage and car key damage / lost .
FDW will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.

Fees
Airport Fee is included in the rental.
Other fees:
1. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. It traces of smoke is found in the vehicle, a penalty fee of 50 euros will be charged.
2. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of any traffic infringements, such as speeding or parking fines or toll evasion, incurred during the rental period. The supplier will charge you a fee of 50 euros to administer any fines plus any relevant cost for providing you with the necessary documents (post office costs etc)
3. Vehicles returned with stained or dirty interior or extremely dirty exterior that cannot be cleaned with normal / common washing, client’s will be charged a fee of 50 euros for the biological cleaning of the car.
4.Key replacement in case of key lost or key damage will be charged 200 euros plus an administration fee of 50 euros .
5.Off Road fee of 100 euros is charged in case driving off of a regularly maintained roadway.
Roadside Assistance
Roadside Assistance is available 24/7 and free of charge. The vehicle is covered by roadside assistance for any mechanical faults. If the call out is due to driver negligence, for example lost keys or running out of fuel, the renter will be charged a breakdown call out fee which is calculated 2 Euros per kilometer with maximum charge of 150 euros .
It is necessary to contact the rental station directly in the event of required roadside assistance. If the driver drives the vehicle off the official road network and the vehicle immobilized, the driver will be charged a fee of 2 Euros per kilometer with maximum charge of 150 euros for towing the vehicle back to the rental station . Please check at the rental desk for more information.
Car replacement due to client request .
In case you acquire for a vehicle replacement even though the vehicle does not have any problem nor has it displayed any light indication of mechanical damage, the company will try to change it for you, but it cannot guarantee that you will receive the same category of vehicle. In the event that you are given a vehicle of a larger category different daily rates may be apply plus an administration fee of 50 Euros . In case of delivering the replacement car at a distance greater than 10 km from the station an additional charge of 1 euro per km will apply .
Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be supplied with sufficient fuel and must be returned with the same level of fuel . Otherwise missing fuel plus a refueling fee of EUR 20 will be charged on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk .
Mileage Policy
Unlimited
Cross Border Travel and Driving Restrictions
Cross border travel is not allowed.
There are certain roads and areas that you cannot drive this vehicle on. Any unpaved roads or off-road driving is prohibited. You will not be insured if you drive on these roads and therefore you will be fully liable for any damage that might occur.
Transfer by Ferry boat
Travel by ferry is not allowed
VAT
VAT is included in the rental price.
Payment Methods
Only Visa , MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards are accepted for both rental amount payment and deposit payment and must be on main renter's name while paying at the rental desk.
American Express, Diners credit cards, prepaid cards and cash payments are not accepted.
Please note that a credit/debit card surcharge may be added when your payment is processed.
Deposit
The excess amount depending on car group will be authorized against your credit / debit card at the time of rental. This amount will no longer be available for your immediate use and may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank, to become available. We will not be responsible for any returned check(s) or insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process.
CDW required deposit amount per car category :
600 EUR for car groups MINI, ECONOMY, COMPACT
750 EUR for car groups INTERMEDIATE , COMPACT SUV , STATION WAGON
850 EUR for car groups INTERMEDIATE SUV , FULL SIZE SUV
950 EUR for car groups MINI VAN (7 SEATS),
1.100 EUR for car groups PASSENGER VAN (9 SEATS) , CONVERTIBLE LUXURY
In case you have purchased Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) Required deposit amount per car category :
300 EUR for car groups MINI, ECONOMY, COMPACT
400 EUR for car groups INTERMEDIATE , COMPACT SUV , STATION WAGON
450 EUR for car groups INTERMEDIATE SUV , FULL SIZE SUV
500 EUR for car groups MINI VAN (7 SEATS),
600 EUR for car groups PASSENGER VAN (9 SEATS) , CONVERTIBLE LUXURY
In case you have purchased Full Damage Waiver (FDW) there is no required deposit .
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is on request. Please send your request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to reservations@eurocar.gr
For delivery and collection service additional charges per kilometer may applies . Please check at the rental office for more details.
Out of Hours
Out of hours pick-up and drop-off are available for an additional charge of EUR 40 per service. If out of hours charge is not included in your voucher must be paid at the rental desk prior your pick-up .
Grace Period
For vehicle pick-up
60 minutes of grace period is allowed from the scheduled time. In case that grace period is between out of working hours you may be charged with an out of hours fee of 40 Euro . After the grace period reservation is considered as No-Show and will be canceled without prior notice. In case you apply for car pick-up after the grace period you must first apply for a new booking. In this case we cannot guarantee the availability of the car nor the same daily rates .
For vehicle drop-off
60 minutes of grace period is allowed from the scheduled time. If the customer returns the vehicle after the grace period, extra day charge will apply depending on the current period rate plus a late return fee of 40 Euro in case of returning the car between out of working hours .
Amendments to bookings
If you experience any delays you must contact the office immediately prior to your reserved pick up time. If you experience any flight delays it is always recommended to contact our office and provide your flight details and your mobile number so an agent can track your flight and reach out to you via phone call to schedule your pick-up.
You will not receive a refund if you return the vehicle early, reduce the number of days on your confirmed reservation or downgrade the vehicle type from the category booked. Please check at the rental desk for more information.
In case of light indication for possible mechanical failure the vehicle must be immobilized immediately and you must contact a station agent to arrange a car replacement .
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
