So, you are going on holiday to Crete, and you have just arrived at the airport. You need to pick up your new car that you will be using to travel, so you head over to us and we will sort you out.
How does the process work? What does it mean when we set up to help you pick up your car? How do you get from arriving at the airport to getting in your new vehicle? To make sure that you are familiar with the process, we thought we would take you through it one step at a time.
Step 1 - Land
Step one is easy enough. A member of our team will wait for you at the arrivals hall of Heraklion airport. You’ll know it’s us because we will have a sign with your name on it!
When you see the sign, come on over. Introduce yourself to our team members, get to know them, and then we can get to the good bit.
Step 2 - The Car Park
Now that we have found you, we can proceed to step two, which is escorting you to the car park across the street. Make sure to look both ways before you cross the street, because traffic does exist.
However, now we can show you where your reserved vehicle is. We will have prepped it for you beforehand, so all we need to do is sort out the final details and you can get to driving.
Step 3 - Paperwork
Thankfully, this next bit is quite easy. The paperwork is a very straightforward part of your experience. It is very easy to check your driving license, and then get you to sign a contract.
Our agent will be more than happy to discuss tips and tricks with you, provide you with directions to certain places if you need it, and make sure that you’re happy. They’ll give you a tour of your rental car, explain all of the different features, just to make sure that you are 100% comfortable.
Once we have done that, that’s it. You are free to drive your car and enjoy your holiday. Just bring it back to the reserved parking space when you’re done, and a member of the team will sit down with you to release the car back into our care.
